20000 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 20000 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Latest revised version.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing the 20000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the 20000 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a person legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
- Not appear on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under applicable local laws.
- Register only one account per individual — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
20000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure that user eligibility requirements are met.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 20000 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Account Responsibility
All activity carried out under your account is considered your own. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other party. The use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 20000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly. Supported deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers to designated local bank accounts.
Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit varies depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. 20000 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit originating from an unauthorised source may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered during identity verification. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 20000 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
Withdrawal processing times typically range from 30 minutes to two business days, depending on the method and amount requested.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users of the 20000 platform are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Disrupting or compromising the integrity or performance of the platform, including through cyberattacks or hacking attempts.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the gaming system.
- Using information obtained from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 20000.
Limitation of Liability
20000 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or the user's own actions. 20000's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Termination, Intellectual Property & Amendments to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
20000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or upon instruction from a competent authority. For account closures initiated on security grounds, any valid balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 20000 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 20000 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The 20000 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 20000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
Amendments to These Terms
20000 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising in connection with these terms.
